Please hydrate well before your session, after the session, and on the following day, as this will help hydrate fascia, improve energy levels, and support the kidneys in flushing out toxins.
Please avoid large meals before any session. Please leave all jewelry and other valuable items at home.
Massage
For massage sessions, clients disrobe to their level of comfort — clothing may be left on, underwear may be left on, or swimwear or athletic wear can be worn. Clients are covered with a sheet during the session and a blanket as needed. Privacy is always maintained, and private areas always remained covered.
“Stress Buster” Back and Foot Massage

Relaxation-Recovery Massage

Targeted Therapeutic Massage

60 Minutes — $80Therapeutic massage combines several techniques to address specific areas of pain or injury. Therapeutic massage treats targeted areas, such as back, neck, head, shoulders, extremities and abdomen. Cupping and other supportive tools may be included to help your body soften and release. Manual Lymph Drainage
60 Minutes — $80MLD focuses on the lymphatic system — in the area between the skin and muscle — unlike regular massage. Utilizing the Vodder technique, MLD involves a very light touch that should never be painful. MLD is effective for lipedema, lymphedema, both preop and postop clients, cancer clients, and for detoxing and general health. MLD is also useful in healing from cosmetic surgery.
Reflexology
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing in order to feel relaxed. Reflexology should never be painful, and pressure is adjusted to your needs.
Foot Reflexology
60 Minutes — $60Reflexology stimulates areas in the feet to increase the function of all body systems for greater optimal health. Sessions are customized to your individual needs and may include several generalized protocols. Sessions close with modified Thai foot massage.
Reflexology Lymph Drainage
60 Minutes — $60This award-winning protocol stimulates reflex points on the feet and/or hands in a unique sequence which aids the function of the lymphatic system. This method assists with lymphedema and lipedema and has been used in lieu of whole-body manual lymphatic drainage treatments, as it follows the basic techniques of manual lymph drainage and helps many conditions, including lymphedema, lipo-lymphedema, irritable bowel syndrome, and fibromyalgia. “Relax and Recharge” Reiki
30 Minutes — $35Reiki energy flows from the practitioner’s hands, placed lightly on or near the body, to the client, who may experience feelings of relaxation, mental clarity, pain relief, decreased anxiety, and wellbeing. Research has shown this occurs because of increased activity of the parasympathetic nervous system.
Skin Care
Please leave all jewelry and other valuable items at home and wear loose, comfortable clothing in order to feel relaxed. A hospital gown can be provided to protect your clothing if desired.
Facial with Cupping and Massage
60 Minutes — $80Rejuvenate the look of your face and neck with cupping and massage. Professional skin care products are customized to your needs. The session includes analysis for your skin type, steaming, cleansing, exfoliating, extractions as needed, toning and moisturizing. Special cups are used to stimulate lymph drainage, along with facial massage. Please remove jewelry from any facial piercings. Available at the Marana office.

Add Ons
Halotherapy — $12
Halotherapy, or salt therapy, involves inhalation of tiny salt particles to improve breathing. It is considered an alternative therapy for lung problems such as asthma, bronchitis, and chronic cough. The generator produces a fine mist of salt particles for inhalation, and treatments (two vials) run for approximately 40 minutes.
Hand or Foot Care — $7
Treat your dry hands or feet to some relief. Kaeso skincare is massaged into the hands or feet to provide deep hydration. Your hands or feet are then wrapped in warmed mitts, allowing the oils to penetrate the skin.
Therapeutic Lymphatic Taping — $10
Taping therapy lifts the skin to reduce swelling and inflammation and improves circulation, including lymphatic flow, and enhances the body’s natural healing processes.
Vagal Nerve Stimulation — $15
Add a full 15-minute treatment utilizing the Dolphin Neurostim to stimulate increased parasympathetic nervous system response.
